Nasal Douche??? Urea? Ear drops??

A mish mash that needs to be worked into a coherent post. A nasal douche system that is supposed to work better than salt water up the nose.

  • How does RinoFlow work?
RinoFlow is used in a simple two-phase process:
During Phase One a gentle saline mist sprays up through your nostril into the nasal cavity to:

  • soften inflamed membrane walls

  • thin nasal secretions so that mucous will drain naturally and easily

  • irrigate the nasal passages by softening and humidifying mucous membranes.

During Phase Two, the mist is redirected to provide additional cleaning that helps promote drainage of the sinuses for added relief.

Tetrahydrozoline is a derivative of imidazoline, which is found in over-the-counter eye drops and nasal sprays. Other derivatives include naphazoline, oxymetazoline, and xylometazoline. Poisoning can result from an overdose.
Tetrahydrozoline is an alpha agonist[1] and its main mechanism of action is the constriction of conjunctival blood vessels. This serves to relieve the redness of the eye caused by minor ocular irritants.
